1 cup almond milk
1/2 ripe avocado
1 teaspoon sugar
Ice, for serving
Pour almond milk into blender. If you’re using an immersion blender, pour almond milk into large glass or pitcher.
Cut avocado half lengthwise and crosswise, then scoop into the almond milk.
Add 1 teaspoon sugar.
Blend until all ingredients are combined. Pour over ice to serve.
