Every year on the first weekend in May, the Pilates community all around the world celebrate Pilates Day. Being a part of the Texas Pilates Association has allowed me to be a part of the planning process this year and it's very exciting!!
What is Pilates day?
Pilates Day is an annual, international, community event celebrated on the first Saturday of May every year. The Pilates Day mission is to foster the public's appreciation and awareness of the Pilates Method through a network of varied, innovative, and high quality grassroots Pilates events accessible and affordable for all.
The theme for this year's Pilates Day in Houston is called Locally Grown.
To kick-off this weekend of events, InStep Pilates is proud to host the opening night at our studio.

The Texas Pilates Association invites you to join us for a mat Pilates class, on the South Lawn of the MFAH on Saturday, May 7th at 10am. Move, breathe, connect and experience Pilates as taught by Houston's original founding teachers - this is going to be amazing. No prior knowledge of Pilates or experience necessary.
