Private Pilates sessions are the fastest way to progress. A certified Pilates trainer will work one-on-one with you for 1 hour on the full range of equipment, which can include the Reformer, Pilates Mat, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel. The trainer will adjust the intensity of the work to the level appropriate for you. Private Pilates sessions are also appropriate for those with special considerations such as but not limited to Pre/post natal, ACL/MCL surgeries, shoulder issues, scoliosis, disc herniation/bulge, and various other injuries.
Duet Pilates sessions provide a more economical form of semi-private training. The key is finding a partner with a similar fitness level to yours — which is the responsibility of the client. We recommend clients begin their Pilates practice with a few private sessions before taking duets. Duets are 1 hour long.
